RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 08.02.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 2008 of 2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2008 of 2018, dated 08.02.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Marketing Officer in Allahabad Bank at Trichy. Hence, it is very difficult for the petitioner to sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of three weeks. Hence, he prays to modify the condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2008 of 2018, dated 08.02.2018 to the extent that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m., for a period of three weeks, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

thereafter as and when required and time for executing the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court is extended by one week from today.
