ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to call for the records in connection with Crime No.507 of 2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Alangulam Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent No.I/State and perused the records.

3.The only point raised by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that the complaint given by the second respondent is not true as seen from the nature of the accident. The said submission cannot be a ground to quash the proceedings in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

question, as this Court cannot go into the factual aspects of the matter. Insofar as the complaint given by the Petitioner is concerned, it is open to the Petitioner to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
