ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to grant necessary permission and give adequate police protection to conduct "Vadamadu Manju Virattu" in village namely Sullampatti, Poolangurichi Post, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District on 26.01.2020 subsequent to the temple Festival of Arulmigu Sri Chinnaiah Swamy Thirukovil situate in Village by consider the representation dated 03.01.2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.765 of 2020 Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had sent a representation to the respondents on 03.01.2020, the same has been rejected by the first respondent.

4.Recording the submissions made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order. No costs.
