This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to produce the copy of the petition mentioned FIR.

2. FIR is of the year 2005. The petitioner had filed copy application for getting an authenticated copy of the FIR. But the application was returned. That necessitated filing of this petition.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that final report has already been made ready and it would be positively filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
