ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.16 of 2006 pending on the file of the Karaiyur Police Station to any other independent agency or officer under the direct supervision of the Superintendent of Police and for a further direction to file a final report within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.728 of 2015 before the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
