ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 and their subordinate not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and to follow the due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the meantime, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
