This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.122 of 2015 and to file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.122 of 2015 and while pending investigation, the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 entered into compromise and the same has been closed on 26.01.2021.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
