3. The eviction notices are of the year 2013 and record of proceedings shows that this Court has not granted any interim order stalling the eviction proceedings and due to efflux of time, this Court cannot grant 2/4

any relief at this juncture. Therefore, all these Writ Petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the authorities concerned to redress their grievances, if any. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
