Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.ALAGUSUNDAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1419 of 2019 on 06.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1419 of 2019 on 06.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court on 11.02.2019 and the case is pending in P.R.C stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the

counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1419 of 2019 on 06.02.2019 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the committal Court on every hearing dates until the committal proceeding is over.
