To extend the time from 06.03.2024 to 12.02.2026 to comply with the order of this Honorable Court in WP (MD) 1310 of 2021 dated 10.10.2023 and thus render justice.

ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time. 2.Earlier, this Court had directed the Sub-Registrar to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same in the manner known to law. Subsequently, alleging non-compliance with the said direction, the petitioner filed Cont.P. (MD) No.3501 of 2025.

3.While considering the contempt petition, this Court took note of the fact that the very statutory provision on the basis of which the earlier direction had been issued was subsequently declared unconstitutional. In such circumstances, this Court expressly held that there was no question of compliance with the earlier direction. 4.In view of the above, the present Miscellaneous Petition seeking extension of time does not survive for consideration and is accordingly dismissed.
