This petition is filed to condone the delay of 256 days in representing the second appeal.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of RS.250/- [Rupees two fifty only] in the account opened in the name of 'The Registrar(Administration)(Removal of Karuvelam Trees) within a period of two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
