2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.
4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
