Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SENGUTTUARASAN, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.12514 & 11374 of 2017, dated 17.11.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
