O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2021 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti to the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submitted that the respondent is working at Vilathikulam in Thoothukudi District and therefore, it may be difficult for the respondent to travel all the way to the Sub-Court, Srivilliputhur in connection with the above case. 3.On the other hand, it is the case of the petitioner/wife that she is residing in Srivilliputhur along with her parents and is depending upon them. Therefore, it is difficult for the petitioner to travel from Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District to the Sub-Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District. 4.Considering the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.94 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, 2/4

Kovilpatti, is withdrawn and ordered to be transferred to the Sub-Court, Srivilliputhur. The Sub-Court, Srivilliputhur shall endeavour to dispose of the above case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve(12) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
