O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in PRC.No.9 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruchirappalli District against the petitioners.

2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners to quash the criminal proceedings against them. Further, perusal of the charge sheet would show that there are specific allegations as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. Considering the year of the case in PRC No.9 of 2014, the trial Cout is directed to complete the trial, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
