O R D E R

Heard Mr.A.Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate, who had taken notice on behalf of the respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though an application has been made seeking patta for the land at S.No.20/4 in Ambathurai Village, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District and though notice had been issued by the respondent/Tahsildar, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District, no further progress has been made in the enquiry. 3.Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondent, states that there has been some objection from the Correspondent of a particular school which is situated in that area. 4.It is the contention of Mr.A.Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner that the lands aforementioned are adjacent to the lands of the school.

5.Let these issues be examined by the Tahsildar, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District, who may issue notice not only to the petitioner but also to that particular school, enquire both of them and thereafter, come to a subjective satisfaction with respect to the representation made by the petitioner. The entire exercise is to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
