2. The petitioner apprehending that the petition mentioned construction may be demolished without following due process of law, has rushed to this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 states that there is no proposal to demolish the petition mentioned construction as of now. If in future there is any such proposal, the petitioner will be duly put on notice and due process of law will be followed.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
