2. The petitioner seeks issuance of passport.

3. He is facing prosecution in C.C.No.1081 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Nagercoil. The petitioner has to necessarily move the trial Magistrate for relief. The petitioner is given permission to file MP seeking the relief now sought for. After the same is filed, it shall be disposed of within a period of three weeks thereafter.
