The petition has been filed praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam to took the private complaint of the petitioner dated 27.04.2014 on the file and proceed with the same in accordance with law.

3. The only grievance of the petitioner is that though a private complaint was filed on 27.04.2014, no progress has been made.

4. Considering the submission made, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, to look into the complaint of the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
