This writ petition has been filed directing the second respondent to grant permission forthwith and police protection for "Cultural Program and Sport event" from 15.01.2020 to 16.01.2020, in connection with "Pongal Festival" at Ilaiyanainarkulam, Vadakkur Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District in the light of representation of petitioner dated 07.01.2020. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
