records of the 3rd respondent in its Na.Ka.No.1896 / A1 / 2020 dated 31.08.2020 and Rc.No.1895 / B1 /2020 dated 01.09.2020 insofar as it directs recovery of sum of Rs.7,29,716/- from her gratuity and insofar as it fixes the pension of the petitioner as Rs.96,450/- per month and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner at Rs.102350/- with effect from 01.12.2019 together with allowance thereon and to refund the amount of Rs.7,29,716/- recovered from the petitioner's gratuity along with interest at 12% per annum.
