M.K.Hollow Bricks industry based upon his representation dated 31.10.2025. 2.The petitioner has sent an application under registered post on 06.07.2023 followed by a representation on 31.10.2025. 3.Considering the above said facts, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
