The present writ petition has been filed challenging a show cause notice issued under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act as against the writ petitioner, while he was working as the President of Siliman Panchayat. Since the tenure of the writ petitioner has already expired, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
