No. 970 of 2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court to that effect that to report before the respondent police station, instead of appearing before the Karur Town Police Station Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BOOMINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent and M/S.J.SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate for Intervener, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.970 of 2018, dated 25.01.2018 to that effect that to report before the respondent police station, instead of appearing before the Karur Town Police Station.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the intervener as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the alleged offence was happened due to communal clash. So, considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.970 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2018, dated 25.01.2018. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
