2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8716 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10479 of 2017, dated 22.09.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 09.10.2017 to till date and further submitted that charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate Court, monthly once, i.e., the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
