The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents one to five to initiate action as 2/5

against the sixth respondent herein for demanding higher fees for the period, during which the petitioner had discontinued his studies.

2. According to the petitioner, he had joined B.E.Mechanical Engineering in the sixth respondent college in the year 2009. After completing his second semester examinations, due to family circumstances, there was break up in his studies. Thereafter, he re-joined the course. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the sixth respondent institution had demanded the charges for the break up period also. Hence, the writ petitioner was constrained to file this application. Now, according to the learned counsel for the sixth respondent, the petitioner had completed his course and he has left the college. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

3. This Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 15.07.2022 gbg Index :
