This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.225 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already investigation in crime No.225 of 2014 has been conducted and the same was closed as Action Dropped on 25.02.2016. 3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
