SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.889 of 2018, dated 22.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 26.01.2018 to till date, without any deviation. Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
