[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted seeking a direction upon the respondents to constitute the Jallikattu Organizing Committee comprising the representatives of all communities at Avaniapuram, for the Jallikattu to be conducted on 14.01.2025 at Avaniyapuram.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the second respondent would submit that the event was over. 2/4

3. In view of the above, the cause in the present writ petition does not exist. Thus, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
