O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned First Information Report.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that final report was filed as early as on 20.07.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai.

3.If the Jurisdictional Magistrate takes cognizance of the offences and the petitioner is summoned as an accused, then the petitioner can definitely move this Court again challenging the final report.

4.With this liberty to the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
