O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering her representation dated 28.11.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit originally based on a complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No. 105 of 2019 was registered against the Umayal and three others for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent another representation dated 28.11.2019 based on which an enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry, the petitioner appeared in person and she had also given a statement and since final report has been filed in the earlier case no further action is required. The statement is recorded by the respondent police and the representation has been closed.
