The petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to produce the Vehicle forthwith bearing Registration No.TN-48-Z8677, in Crime No.100 of 2015, on the file of the respondent, to the concerned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the vehicle has been produced to the District Revenue Officer.
