The instant writ petition has been filed by an Anganwadi Assistant, challenging the order of suspension, dated 01.07.2024.

A perusal of the impugned suspension order reveals that the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in Crime No.106 of 2024 on the file of the Chinnalapatti Police Station, dated 08.06.2024 and she was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. In view of the above said facts, the suspension order has been issued.
3. A perusal of the FIR reveals that the petitioner's husband has lodged the above said compliant making allegations as against the writ petitioner. A perusal of F.I.R further reveals that there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and her husband which had resulted in such a criminal complaint and the criminal case has nothing to do with regard to discharge of the official duties of the writ petitioner.

In the light of the above said facts, the petitioner herein is directed to give a representation to the first respondent seeking reinstatement, who in turn, shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a such representation.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
