To set the conviction of sentence passed in Crl.Appeal(MD) No.21 of 2015 dated 04.06.2017 on the files of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Palani confirming the order passed in S.T.C. No.681 of 2010 dated 07.03.2015 on the files of Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This is an application for condonation of delay in representation.

Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay of 133 days in re-presenting Crl.R.C.(MD)SR.No.26920 of 2017 is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) with Gandhi Museum, Madurai, within a period of one week from today and produce a receipt before the Registry. On production of receipt, the Registry is directed to number the revision, if the same is otherwise in order.
