This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for expediting investigation in Crime No.233 of 2020.

2. It is stated that final report was filed as early as on 02.12.2020 before the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Tirunelveli. However, cognizance of the offence is yet to be taken. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If it is stated that the final report is not available before the court below, then, the second respondent shall file a fresh copy.
