To relax the condition imposed in order passed by this Honourable Court in M.P.No.1 of 2008 in Crl.O.P.No.3916 of 2008 dated 18.07.2008 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in M.P.Nos.1 & 1 of 2008 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.3915 & 3916 of 2008, dated 18.07.2008.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State fairly conceded that the petitioner is complying the condition for the past 9 years. He further submitted that charge sheet has been filed in these cases.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in M.P.Nos.1 & 1 of 2008 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.3915 & 3916 of 2008, dated 18.07.2008 is modified as the petitioner is directed to appear before the Concerned Court for the future hearing regularly. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
