RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.MP(MD) No.367 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.22909 of 2018 dated 23.01.2019 in connection with cr.no.1065 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.367 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22909 of 2018 on 23.01.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.367 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22909 of 2018 on 23.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.367 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22909 of 2018 on 23.01.2019 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
