RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit beyond 30 days to execute the sureties and deposit the amount in credit of cr.no.4 of 2019 before Magistrate, Periyur, Madurai District in Crl.OP(MD)No.516 of 2019 dated 05.02.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.S.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULLINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.04 of 2019, execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.516 of 2019 dated 05.02.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.516 of 2019 is extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
