ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to dispose the petitioner's Revision Petition No. 36915/2023 dated 06.10.2023 and 23.11.2023 by refund the stamp duty paid by him for a sum of Rs.17,81,000 in the registered document sale deed pending old No. 27/2023 dated 04.08.2023 and New No. 4626 dated 05.06.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to dispose the revision filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner and the counter parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
