ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the third respondent, under which, they have banned the petitioner college from participating in the State Level Hockey Tournament for a period of three years. The said impugned order has been passed on 16.02.2013. The ban period has already expired. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed. 20.09.2022 Index :
