Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 623 of 2018, dated 12.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 623 of 2018, dated 12.01.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
