ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection for conducting the petition mentioned survey. The petitioner is not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional Civil Court. Therefore, the question of granting relief in writ proceedings does not arise.
