ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to re-issue the passport to the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is implicated in four criminal cases, out of which two of them are pending investigation. The petitioner is implicated in Crime No.252 of 2024 and the charge sheet in S.T.C.No.828 of 2024 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagnangai, which is stayed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15368 of 2025. The petitioner is also implicated in Criminal case in C.C.No.119 of 2025 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai and also implicated in another case in C.C.No.184 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Courts in C.C.No.119 of 2025 and C.C.No.184 of 2025 seeking permission to go abroad. If any application is filed by the petitioner, the learned trial Judge shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the application. Based upon the order to be passed by the learned trial Judge, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
4. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
