Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 11.12.2012 in Na.Ka.No.1082/G & M.2/2012 passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to issue permits to the petitioner pursuant to the mining lease granted to him by the first respondent under proceedings dated 22.06.2012 in Mu.Mu.290/&M.2/2012.
