Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 4th respondent in his proceedings No. Nil dated 16.07.2024 (dispatched on 07.09.2024) and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violation of law and further direct the respondents to take necessary steps to reinstate the petitioner in service as a Secondary Grade Assistant, immediately with all the back wages from the date 24.03.2023 onwards within a time frame.

The writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order passed by the fourth respondent dated 16.07.2024 and consequently, to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service as a Secondary Grade Assistant immediately with all the back wages from 24.03.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties submitted that the petitioner has been dismissed from service and therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
