2 Cont.P.(MD)No.67 of 2023 2.Contending that the order dated 12.04.2022 made in W.P. (MD)No.8689 of 2021 has not been complied with the present contempt petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the Tahsildar has completed his part of enquiry and placed the paper before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukkottai. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukkottai, is directed to pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With this direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukkottai, this contempt petition is closed.
