RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 2277 of 2018 dated 14.02.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2277 of 2018, dated 14.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner herein is not surrendered before the concerned Magistrate to execute a bail bond.

4. The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered.

5. This Court by order dated 14.02.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2277 of 2018, directed the petitioner to execute a bail bond, within 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

6. Now, as per the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner herein is not surrendered before the concerned Magistrate to execute a bail bond. In such circumstances, the petition to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner is not legally justifiable. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
