Respondents PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the fifth respondent, T.N.Teacher Education University in No.TNTEU/R/Affln/M.Ed (N)/2011-2012/359, dated 21.06.2011, quash the same in so far as it grants affiliation to the M.Ed Course from the academic year 2011-2012 and further direct the fifth respondent T.N.Teacher Education University grant affiliation to M.Ed Course from the academic year 2009-2010.
