ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, to remove the ninth respondent from the post of President of ParentsTeachers Association in the Government School.
2. A perusal of the affidavit indicates that the ninth respondent was appointed as the President of Parents-Teachers Association for the academic year 2012-2013. That apart, the learned Counsel for the respondents has produced the death certificate of the writ petitioner. 3/6
Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated after a period of ten years.
3. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 14.07.2022 Index :
