ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner without having any basis under the guise of enquiry and Act only in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has not been harassed and only summon is issued.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil suit pending.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner.
