This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute and harass the Petitioner in any way.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that as of now, no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner.
